Founder Joshua Ram, Esq

Joshua Ram is an effective personal injury litigator with particular experience in catastrophic injury cases (including cases involving the loss of a loved one from injuries at construction sites, hospitals, healthcare facilities, nursing homes and other places).  He also has substantial experience in cases involving injuries that occurred on sidewalks, staircases, and from automobile accidents.Mr. Ram invests himself in his clients’ cases from day one and continues until the end.  He approaches each case with a focus on preparing for trial – a strategic way to apply pressure to defendants.Because a successful lawyer-client relationship requires consistent and honest communication in both directions, Mr. Ram is always accessible to his clients.  And, because he is trustworthy, clients feel at ease in sharing with him confidential and sensitive details about their cases.Mr. Ram’s prior successes include recovering $2.2 million for an injured New York City firefighter.Mr. Ram earned his law degree from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University.  He is admitted to practice in New York trial courts as well as the Federal Courts in the Eastern and Southern Districts.
